Dance Workshop

In the final dance session pupils create a themed dance based on either a bird, insect or other animal and then dance their own Carnival parade.

The second session focuses on group work, with pupils combining their flag-waving patterns and then creating their own samba school.

In the first session pupils show off their carnival costumes before performing a variety of flag-waving patterns and practising their samba dance steps.

The final dance session focuses on Roman customs - including Roman gladiators.

The second dance session focuses on Roman towns and buildings, including Hadrian's Wall.

The first dance session is inspired by the Roman invasion and includes making a 'testudo'.
