Dr. Julie Brefczynski-Lewis is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at West Virginia University. She received her PhD in Cell Biology, Neurobiology, and anatomy from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She then went on to do postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and West Virginia University. Julie is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science.

Dr. Ted Uyeno is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Valdosta State University in Georgia. Ted received his Masters in Zoology from the University of Calgary and his PhD in Biomechanics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then went on to serve as a postdoctoral fellow and Adjunct Professor at Northern Arizona University. Ted is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science.

Dr. Bruce Carlson is an Associate Professor of Biology at Washington University in St. Louis. He received his PhD in Neurobiology and Behavior from Cornell University. He then completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Virginia and Cornell University. Bruce is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science.

Dr. Jeff Bradshaw is a Research and Extension Entomologist in the Department of Entomology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.He received his Masters in Zoology at Southern Illinois University and PhD in Entomology and Plant Pathology at Iowa State University. Postdoc Energy Biosciences University of Illinois. Jeff is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science.

Dr. Erik Herzog is a Professor of Biology at Washington University in St. Louis. He received his PhD in Neuroscience at Syracuse University. Erik then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Virginia. Erik is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science.

Dr. Kerriann Greenhalgh is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Kericure, a company for innovative skin protectant solutions. She received her PhD in organic chemistry from the University of South Florida, and she’s with us today to tell us about her journey through life and science.

Dr. Josh Reece is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Valdosta State University in Georgia. He received his Master of Biology Degree from the University of Central Florida and his PhD in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis. He then went on to do postdoctoral fellowships at the University of California at Santa Cruz and the University of Central Florida. Josh is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science.

Dr. Gammon Earhart is the Associate Director of the Movement Science PhD Program, and is a Professor of Physical Therapy, Neurology, and Neurobiology at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as the primary investigator of the Locomotor Control Lab there. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University, and her PhD from the Movement Sciences Program at Washington University. Next Gammon completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University, and she’s with us today to tell us about her journey through life and science.

Dr. Ann Dillner is an Associate Research Engineer in the Crocker Nuclear Laboratory at the University of California – Davis. She received her Master of Mechanical Engineering degree from Stanford University and her PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois. She went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgia Tech. Ann is with us today to tell us about her journey through life and science.
