This week I chat with Johnny Di Santis and Heather D'Errico who launched the Bowling Sports Performance Institute. The site is setup to help bowlers train to the best of their ability. We discuss how a bowler can train at the gym to help themselves on the lanes. We also talk about some of things bowlers do at the gym that doesn't help them on the lanes and how to keep your energy levels up while competing.

This week I catch up with USBC Silver Certified Coach Mike Shady. Shady discusses how to get back on the lanes after a long layoff and how to prepare for bowling in a mask. We also talk about building the proper arsenal and layouts. We end out time discussing a new project Mike is working on with other top coaches and folks in the bowling industry.

She shares how she made the choice to bowl at West Texas A&M University has advice for that high school senior on finding the right college. This week I chat with Bowling Centers Association of Michigan Executive Director Bo Goergen about the centers in Michigan not being allowed to open. We discuss the rally that was held in Michigan earlier this week and what centers in Michigan are doing to prepare to open.

This week we chat with PWBA Star Stefanie Johnson. Johnson discusses her time bowling at the University of Central Florida. We also chat about how she is handling the news of the PWBA cancelling the season due to the pandemic and how excited she is to be part of the PBA League this fall.

Wong shares what he believes are some of the biggest challenges bowlers face when entering a program. We end our time with ways bowlers can stay sharp if they are not able to get on the lanes.
