Deena means "dejected". And Dayala means "full of compassion". Krishna is Deena Dayala, he is full of compassion for all who are dejected. Krishna is also Govinda and Gopala, he protects us. Govinda is a good shepherd, Gopala, he protects all beings. And Hare means "the one who is full of love", "the one who draws the hearts of all to himself".
