Idiot's Array: A Star Wars Podcast

Mark, Alan, and Ryder are back with perhaps their funniest episode yet but that doesn't take away from the thought provoking Star Wars discussion.   The gang starts out with talk over the newest comic, Star Wars #15 Why are people complaining about The Force Awakens, is it a carbon copy of A New Hope? What if Leia has to unwillingly become the Emperor?  The guys bring it full circle and talk about why Star Wars is good story telling and how it is even like Country music Ryder talks about The Bachelor and the mysterious Northern Exposure, all of this and more on this episode of Idiot's Array!

Mark, Alan, and Ryder return to their microphones to give their first expansive thoughts on The Force Awakens.   An overall gloss over of their favorite parts of the movie Thoughts on criticisms people have with the movie Reveals in Star Wars Ryder stomps around the house when his kids break iPad's Han touching Kylo's face and how it moved Alan Discussing who Snoke really is Mark tells us a related tale to why Kylo might be how he is Do they think Rey is a Skywalker Plus some wild theories and speculation And much, much, more!

Alan, Mark, and Ryder are joined by author, Landry Walker, to discuss his recent short stories from Journey to the Force Awakens, Star Wars: Tales From a Galaxy Far, Far Away Aliens: High Noon on Jakku, The Crimson Corsair and the Lost Treasure of Count Dooku, The Face of Evil, and All Creatures Great and Small.  The guys discuss the stories as well as the process involved with working with the Star Wars story group and Landry's overall appreciation of Star Wars as a whole. 

The guys go over some of the recent short stories and the Star Wars Annual before jumping into their main topic of attachments and how it leads a good Jedi to the dark side. 

Alan, Mark, and Ryder go over their plans for their first viewings of The Force Awakens They then go over what content they are consuming to prepare for the movies release It's on to some of the recent Star Wars comics Also discussed is dealing with over-hype Special PSA: don't sit in the front row!
