I got to sit down with my dude and fellow Chopperdog Brendan Milewski, a retired Detroit fire fighter that was paralyzed on Friday August 13th 2010 just minutes into his shift. Brendan is featured in the documentary film "BURN" which won the Tribeca Film Festival

Jody Perewitz proves time and time again that she is more than just "her father's daughter". She is a talented painter, master marketeer, and a world record holder at the Bonneville salt flats! We spent the evening chatting about her life on two wheels!

Since day one of the Podcast there have been a short list of people that I wanted to get on...but at the right time. There are a few men that shaped my desire to do what I do for a living and oddly enough Josh Brown of Standard Cycles in Hemet, California has played a major role in that. His "REDRUM" bike set the bar for as far as how "edgy" a bike should be! 180 rear tire...unpainted frame, the whole package just sounds wrong but damnit it makes for an amazing place to start. The Horse Backstreet Choppers magazine (issue 41 May 2004) was the launching point for my love of that raw back street style and no one has done it any better than Josh Brown. Josh worked at West Coast Choppers and has several SEMA builds on his resume'. It was a blast chatting with him and I hope you enjoy!

Danny Yannone is a custom painter that has been painting bikes for almost a decade. After a legit apprenticeship under the tutelage of Justin Barnes of American Chopper fame Danny set out o his own. He and I have had our differences but through it all we remained the best of friends. I hope you find him entertaining.

So its been a minute but Cody and I talked some about Sturgis, the new Harley models (we still haven't formed clear opinions) and we chat about some basic bike shop shit. It has been a weird two weeks since we posted last. Since Cody was on vacation I tool the opportunity to sit down with my wife and get her incite on the motorcycle biz, tell a few old stories and share a laugh or two. Cody will be back for episode 14 but in the meantime enjoy!

We met Jeff in 2016 at the FXR show. We have been friends ever since. In January of this year Jeff left Hot Bike magazine to pursue his new project that was launched July 4th called "V-Twin Visionary", a multi media online hub full of new product, hot builds and trending builders. We bent his ear for a few minutes to see how the launch was, we talk a little BMX and Cody and I finish the episode with a bullsh!t session. The audio was a little "HOT" at times but what do you expect...I'm still a little rusty. Thanks and enjoy!

Okay...so it has been five long years. A lot has changed in the marketplace and in the podcast world. I was going to spend some time and preface the episode with a verbal intro but fuck it...I left it a bit raw. We talked about building bikes, spending cash, and surviving a shitty economy. Jeff let us in on a few things he is doing and I got to learn a few things that I didn't already know about the guy. I was blown away when Irish Rich agreed to be on the HOW Garage Built Podcast. Lets face it, Rich is legendary. Rich is a Sinner (Nomad), has been in and on almost every legitimate motorcycle publication and has been building bikes and hot rods for decades. I have only known Rich for 5-years and it had been that long since we had spoke. Denver is in the throws of Old Man Winter's snowy grip and while Irish Rich is still busy forging his craft in his small but ample workshop he took time to sit down with me. Truly the "King" of garage builders, Rich talks about all that is Shamrock Fabrication. The only thing that could have been any better is if we could have gone two-hours instead of just over one! Note: Rich assured me there was plenty more to talk about, so there will be future episodes! For our first episode of the new year we spoke to Tim Bradham from TBC Hot Rods & Bikes in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Tim is very serious about his craft and has built some serious Hot Rods and Bikes over the last 18 years in business. I knew Tim from the old Chopperdogs (West Coast Choppers) website and wanted to get him out in the podcast world. Sit back and hear a take on the bike and hot rod business from someone that has flown under the national radar and achieved success without the help of television for nearly two decades.

I spent a little time over the holiday with Eric Allard from FNA Cycles in Lakeland, Florida. Eric is known for some of the most off the wall creations around. Eric's is kind of a Doc Emmit Brown/Dennis Hopper type in that his bikes look as if they rode straight out of the the past at 88 miles an hour into the future. With only four years in the business under his belt, Eric's bikes have already gained notice from both AMD and he is currently set up as one of the top 25 for this upcoming year's Born Free crowd choice competition. Eric talks about FNA Cycle's origin, where they are at today and talks a little about how tough running a bike shop is on a tight budget.

Fabricator Kevin Steel Chopper Parts - "If it aint steel, it aint real!" That is the mantra. Recorded during my Thanksgiving holiday in Michigan, I sat down with one of my dear friends and we talked about the chopper scene, off shore (bastard) built chopper parts and we talked about some of the builders in the industry (like "Irish" Rich Ryan) that inspire us to do the cool sh!t we do. Kevin is world renowned for his high quality "steel" chopper parts all Made in the USA! Kick back for an hour and we'll get down to business. Note: (Audio quality not great on this one. This time I sat down with a great friend, Eric Gorges from Voodoo Choppers. We talked about the state of the industry, the state of Voodoo Choppers and the State of Michigan. Voodoo Choppers survived the financial crisis and is set to lead a new charge. We'll find out what Eric has been up to and we talk a little about his craftsmanship and his metal shaping class! This was recorded on location in Clinton Township, Michigan over the Thanksgiving holiday week in 2012.

Episode 1 of the Hell On Wheels Podcast. Detroit Rock City has a 60 year old M/C scene that is very unique. At one time there were some 30 clubs that all existed in the city limits. The Detroit M/Cs didn't care how they did things out West or back East. They did things their own way. My first guest is Danny Murphy. Danny is a Detroit biker well engrained into the unique Detroit M/C scene for over 30 years. We sat down and talked a bit about that unique scene and a few other things too.
