Ohio State hasn't added a Class of 2020 recruit since California linebacker Kourt Williams joined the fold on July 24.  Are we eight days from the next one? Defensive lineman Jacolbe Cowan will make his college decision known on October 4. The 6-foot-5, 277-pounder Cowan, from Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day, is the nation's No. 15 defensive tackle, according to the 247Sports Composite. With an offer list that boasts Ohio State, Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame and others, Cowan has plenty of options. He visited Columbus on September 15. Three games, three wins. Ohio State hit the road for the first time this season in the Big Ten opener for the Buckeyes and Hoosiers. Talk about a rude house guest. The Buckeyes pummeled the Hoosiers, 51-10, and the performance matched the score. The improvement of the defense was on full display as the Hoosiers eve needed a trick play to cross the goal line just one time.
