The president and founder of MARS, Andrew D. Basiago, J.D., M.C.R.P. (Dist), M.Phil. (Cantab), 48, is an American lawyer, writer, and environmental scholar. He was born on September 18, 1961 in Morristown, New Jersey, the youngest of five children, and grew up in Northern New Jersey and Southern California. Andy was one of the "whiz kids" who served from 1969 to 1972 in DARPA's secret time-space exploration program, Project Pegasus. He was the editor of Alfred Lambremont Webre's book, Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe (Universe Books, 2005), which uses as a case study human contact with an advanced civilization on Mars. He also edited The Fátima Trilogy by Joaquim Fernandes, Fina d'Armada, and others (Anomalist Books, 2007), a definitive history of the Fátima Incident of 1917 that explores its extraterrestrial aspects. Paul Dale Roberts (born January 17, 1955) is an American paranormal writer, comic book publisher, reality TV performer, and former record-holding dancer. Military Paul Dale Roberts served in the U.S. Army from 1973 to 1976, working with C.I.D. (Criminal Investigation Division), D.S.T. (Drug Suppression Team). Jerry wanted to be in broadcasting. He started hanging out at KBIX and KMUS, the two local radio stations in his home town of Muskogee, Oklahoma when he was in Junior High School. Finally after a couple of years, they got tired of him being a groupie, and gave him a job as one of the youngest announcers in the history of radio station KBIX. Cameron Pack gained his earliest first-hand experience with the subject of UFOs in 2003 when he had a Close Encounter of the First Kind in his current hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Cameron was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1983 and has always kept an open mind about the paranormal. After his 2003 sighting, Cameron began to research UFOs in earnest and in 2004 obtained a collection of UFO sighting reports from the Virginia Beach City Police Department, dating back to 1976. He has made numerous FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests to other police departments, the FBI and to every US Air Force base in the world seeking UFO sighting reports found within the base security forces police blotters. Most recently he was able to observe the east coast’s spectacular falling meteorite of March 29, 2009. Cameron will speak on all of these topics during his lecture.
