Teen dating has changed over the years and the violence in teen dating is on the rise.  According to a nationwide study experts say the latest numbers reveal a startling culture of relational abuse, especially emotional abuse, with much of it happening online.  We've seemed to turn a blind ey to helping teens understand how to treat each other properly and giving them parental guidance and support in their relationships.  Discussions on teen sex, abuse, neglect and other social issues.  Guest speakers and youth participants.

So can someone please tell me what happened to our black neighborhoods and the united black families who once occupied them? In 1960, 22% of African-American kids grew up in single-parent homes. South Carolina voted to remove the Confederate Flag from it's capitol grounds after the blackash from the events of the Charleston shooting.  The flag was used by the South in the American Civil War and is seen by some as an icon of slavery and racism while others say it sympbolizes US heritage and history.  Mature content and adult language is used in the information presented to share the views of our American people and cries for justice.  Are we there yet?

Breaking the cycle of absent Dads: Huffington Posts reports that 1 in 3 children live away from their Dad in America.  Now that's a lot of broken homes (mine included).  Soy eludes dialogue and information that speak to those in Father-Less households and environments. Soy interviews Dainhen Butler who served 10 years in prison after committing armed robbery at a grocery store with his friends. He ended up serving most of his 10 year sentence at Alto State Prison in Georgia and was then transferred to finish his time out at Lee Arrendale State Prison. Irisha Johnson, the mother of Rayne Johnson tells her story.  Rayne like most 13-year-old teenage girls: loves music, her friends, her two sisters, laughing at funny jokes, and she works hard at her classes at school. However, her normal teenage life was turned upside down about a year ago when she  began to experience discomfort in her throat and diagnosed with a rare form of oral cancer called Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma. The tumor was fast growing, aggressive and subjected 13-year old Rayne to 30 rounds of radiation treatment. Irisha shares her experience as she supported and cared for her child during this time.
